PROMOTECH; PRO-5 PB | PORTABLE PIPE BEVELER

PRO-5 PB is handy and lightweight portable beveller designed to create a perfect weld prep edge on pipes made of carbon and stainless steels, aluminum alloys and copper-nickels.
Available with either pneumatic motor, electric motor or battery drive the beveller can be mounted in pipe or tubing with a minimum inside diameter of 32 mm (1.25″) and bevel outside diameters up to 140 mm (5.51”). Designed with three tool holders, PRO-5 PB can simultaneously mill the OD bevel, root face and ID counterbore to create consistent wall thickness around the joint and ensure complete weld penetration. By utilizing a self-centering mandrel which mounts internally to the open end of the tube or pipe, the beveller enables highly repeatable and consistent fit-up and can be rapidly deployed from one pipe to another to reduce cycle times and improve work flow.
