PROMOTECH; PRO-40 PBS | STATIONARY PIPE BEVELING MACHINE

PRO-40 PBS is large diameter stationary machine for beveling and facing pipes, tanks or tubes in a range of diameters from 200 mm (8”) up to 1000 mm (40”). High-speed rotary milling head with replaceable inserts enables effective and efficient machining with bevel widths up to 45 mm (1-3/4”) within a range of angles between 0^o and 60^o. Optional accessories expand the possible applications of the PRO-40 PBS to create internal bevels up to 20 mm width and either R6 or R8 J-groove end preparation.

• 200mm to 1000mm diameter, capacity to cover most of the common applications
• the continuously adjustable bevel angle between 0 and 60 degrees
• can bevel pipes made of carbon or stainless steel
• optional oval pipe tracking attachment enables consistent land/root face thickness (available either with a brand new machine or for retrofitting)
• maximum allowed pipe weight up to 10.000 kg with optional steel rollers
