Application:
A versatile 19 Cr-9Ni elc type rod meant for 18/8 stainless steel class, for general purpose as well as for cryogenic applications, especially liquid oxygen plants.
The extra-low carbon (<0.025%) renders the rods suitable for welding of the stabilized grades 321 & 347.
Weld metal displays excellent impact strength & ductility at subzero temperatures down to minus 196°C.
Notes on usage:
Ensure freedom from any foreign matter such as grease, oil, water, dust. Use stainless steel brush.
